Dear Angel Casado,

I hereby send you the 2nd Bulletin and entry form to our Portuguese Nationals, with a cordial invitation for all Spanish pilots that wish to attend. I kindly ask that you disseminate this message and information on behalf of the Portuguese Airsports Federation (Federação Portuguesa de Aeronáutica).

Spanish pilots are considered invited pilots and will enjoy the same terms and conditions as the portuguese pilots with two exceptions:

- costs of inscription may be paid at the competition (the entry form must still be sent prior to the competition, at the dates outlined in the rules);
- only a pilot of portuguese nationality or residence may be declared a national champion.

We will be glad to help foreign pilots regarding reservation of accomodations or other local issues.
